The space The Isle of Santa Maria is in the Hearthstone House on the second floor with views of the beautiful front entry gardens and the Williams House. It features antique Eastlake Victorian burled walnut queen-size bed, antique furnishings, carpeted floors, and energy-efficient LED lighting. This room has an antique upholstered loveseat perfect for snuggling. Through French doors, you’ll have access to the semi-private covered porch and seating, perfect for an evening cocktail or morning coffee. The spacious private ensuite bath offers an antique clawfoot tub and a separate oversized shower. Guest access Guests will have access to their private guest room, semi-private porch, the common spaces including the parlor, patio and 1st and 2nd floor porches. During your stay Veronica, the owner/innkeeper lives on the property. She is available in person, via phone and text throughout your stay. Other things to note Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are available for guest use. There is limited parking on site and is on a first come/first serve basis. Street parking in front of the property is always available. This guest space, operated by the Williams House, welcomes children over the age of 14 when traveling with their parent. Young adults, 25 years or older, traveling without their parents, are welcome at the inn as well.
