Comfortable and cozy with plenty of room for up to 4 people. Seating on deck. Counter seating in the kitchen area. Must be able to climb stairs. Electric fireplace, wifi, 2 smart TV's. Keurig coffee maker, washer & dryer, full kitchen fully stocked. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable except food and drink. Guest access Shared space to the river to watch wildlife and see the tubers go by. Shared parking with owners. Gas grill is available for your use. Security cameras are outside only. Guests provided with folding chairs to use on patios by river. Coded keypad on unit entrance - code will be sent prior to arrival. Other things to note We are located where bears and other animals frequent. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE. Convenient location right in town but also private. No more than 4 people total. Extra fee for more than 2 guests. Smoking is only allowed on 2 lower river patios. Startup supply of coffee pods, toiletries & detergent pods provided.
