The Bookkeeper's F.R.O.G Lake Lanier's Gem w/Dock

Come enjoy & relax in The Bookkeeper’s FROG tucked away on a quiet cove on Lake Lanier with a useable boat dock & swimming. There are many amenities for your convenience and adequate for long term stays. Message for any other length of stay. There is a queen bed & full sized pull out couch, ideal space for 1-3 adults, or 2 adults & 2 children. The Bookkeeper's FROG has a private staired entry with lake view, kitchen, laundry, outdoor space off & on lake to lounge. Oversized/trailer parking too. The space Once you drive down our 1/4 mile private, gated drive you will arrive at the Bookkeeper's FROG. It is located above our garage and has private stairs as it's only means of access. It has an open floor concept with a centered floating wall to allow for some privacy between the common space and bedroom. There is a pull out couch and flat screen, Roku TV. There is a cozy electric fireplace. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and a 2 burner Wolf induction cooktop. There also is a small bar area with a wine cooler. There is a separate hall that has storage and a full size washer and dryer. Off the hall is the bathroom with step in shower. The Bookkeeper is new, less than 1 year since built. Our dock is older, but still in nice enjoyable condition. It is a single slip, 2 story dock with comfortable seating on the top. The water depth is about 8' so please feel free to use our dock if that is adequate for your boat. We are at the end of a peaceful cove with about 800 feet of shoreline. It is a great place to paddleboard or swim. We are about a 5 minute boat ride to Margaritaville. Located on 9 acres, there is plenty of area to park recreational vehicles or trailers. Guest access Our property is over 9 acres. It is conveniently located on Lake Lanier, close to Lake Lanier Islands, but feels like a secluded oasis. Located at the end of a peaceful cove, there is over 800' of wooded shoreline to enjoy. The gentle slopping rock path leads to dock. The dock is an older, 2 story, single slip dock with swim ladder. Great for boaters, water sports, swimming and enjoying sunsets from comfy seating on the top deck. There is a pond with water fall and fire pit that can be enjoyed. Further from the home is a chicken coop with 10 well behaved laying hens and one watchful rooster named Rico. Situated on 9 acres allows for plenty of recreational spaces to explore! Additionally there is ample parking for larger, recreational vehicles, and trailers. Other things to note This is a long term rental property with stays starting at 31 days or more. It is very private and a convenient location for those working in the area, house hunting or a well deserved month of rest! If any other length of stays are requested, please enter and we can attempt to fulfill. There are narrow stairs (with a landing) to access entry to The Bookkeeper's FROG. The driveway is gated and access code will be given the day of your stay and active during your stay.
