Escape to nature in our charming lakefront cabin on beautiful Lake Sinclair. Our dock offers the perfect spot for fishing, bird-watching, or enjoying a book by the water, and the fenced-in yard provides a haven for your furry friends. Gather round the firepit for s'mores or enjoy the aptly named "Sunset Cove" from the heated dock. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a family getaway, our cabin is the ideal setting for new memories. Book your stay and experience the magic of lake life. The space Welcome to our home away from home. The cabin is an intimate getaway on a completely fenced-in, well-maintained 0.42 acres surrounded by native trees and greenery. The front door leads to a well-lit kitchen and inviting living space with sliding glass doors that lead to the patio and overlooks the spacious yard, dock, and lake. The house has two main bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom with tub, and the other with access to the lofted bedroom. All three bed spaces have queen sized beds. The living room couch folds out to a full sized bed, allowing for a total of 8 guests at the cabin. Please note the loft space is a low level sleeper loft (best for kids), not a full-sized space, and is accessed through a staircase in the second bedroom. The central bathroom is a half-bath (no shower) and has a washer and dryer for any laundry needs after a day on the lake. The outdoor spaces are our favorite places to relax, unwind, and enjoy the serenity of Lake Sinclair. The patio table is a lovely place for a meal, and the firepit makes for perfect stargazing later in the night. But the true gem is the dock — enjoy it year round with comfortable chairs, Bluetooth speakers, heaters, and of course, rod holders. The entire yard is fenced in for your pets and has a sandy beachfront entry to the water. Please note: Guests are prohibited from using the indoor fire place, boat, canoe, or jet ski. You may dock your boat to the dock, but the lift is not available for use. No lake toys and/or life jackets are provided at this property due to insurance limitations. Please ensure you have your own lake safety equipment, as needed. Guests will be provided with the following: 2 rolls of tissue per bathroom 2 rolls of paper towels 2 dish pods 2 laundry pods 2 trash bags Dish detergent Shampoo, conditioner and body wash Salt, pepper, sugar Some ground coffee and filters We do recommend that you bring anything additional that you may need during your visit. Guest access You will have full access to the main house and dock. We love the various outdoor settings at the cabin. The garage, side storage, boat lift, and dock closet are not accessible to guests. Other things to note We provide linens, bath and beach/lake towels (please don't use the bath towels outside the house), bath toiletries, and basic kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, NO OIL). For the younger crowd, we have toys, books, and a few basics (high chair, pack and play, bouncer) available, if needed. We also have puzzles and board games available for you to enjoy! While we have a propane tank for the grill and firewood for the outdoor fire pit, we do not provide this as an amenity for guests. Please plan ahead to bring your own propane and firewood if you intend to use either. Our boat is docked on the lift year round. If you are bringing your own boat, you are more than welcome to dock it to our dock, however it must be launched at Twin Bridges Landing. We are a dog friendly property. However if a reservation fails to disclose dogs and they are brought on the premises to stay, the reservation will be cancelled immediately with no refund.
