Newly installed 240 volt 16 amp EV Charger Welcome to the Tiny home on the river. This home is small but has most comforts of home. Set on the couch and watch the river from inside the cabin. Cabin has a 3 burner gas stove with small oven, microwave, fully stocked Kitchen, washer dryer combo unit(takes a long time to wash and dry as one unit does it all.) Unit has a small top load dish washer, shower tub combo, vanity, toilet, Queen size bed, full size futon, TV and even your own Hot Tub firepit The space Lot number 2 of a small tiny home community on the river. Each cabin has its own hot tub area. We do have a common area pavilion next to the waterfall with a pool table and other games. Also has a common area playground for the kids. Tiny home community has security cameras at dumpster, common areas and parking areas of the community Other things to note Please review and affirm our Pet Policy : Pets allowed with $75 pet fee one small pet ! Only ONE pet no exceptions. No cats! It has to be CRATED when you not in the cabin with it . So bring the crate with you . Pets not allowed on the furniture, blankets, beds. Pack their bedding and doggy towel. You responsible for any damages and cleaning up your dog messes and accidents. Let us know about bringing dog in the message. If not agreed to pet policy host can cancel the reservation. Not following pet policy during your stay will result canceling your reservation with no refund.
