The house on the terrace

Bedroom/living room with stove and private bathroom - all overlooking the terrace and the historic garden of Caiano. The kitchen is shared. Shared pool from the end of June to September. The space A beautiful room with a double bed, sofa and armchairs for evening reading, a desk for working, and direct access to the terrace and the historic garden. From the end of June to September, the swimming pool is available to share with my family and other guests. Guest access The equipped kitchen is available in the house, shared with me. A washing machine and dishwasher are available. During your stay I am happy to make new acquaintances and I like to introduce the property and its history. I'm happy to suggest things to do and see in the area. Other things to note The swimming pool is fenced, measures 12 m long by 4 m wide and is 3 m deep everywhere. It is a private pool available to all guests of the three accommodations in the Caiano Farm area. It is therefore not for the exclusive use of those who book a house, nevertheless it is always pleasantly cool, shaded by olive trees and never crowded, also because the surroundings are full of attractions as well as natural waterfalls and ponds.
