Welcome to your 100+ year old riding cabin. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home was fully renovated in 2024. You can ride straight from the house to the North Cumberland WMA Sundquist Unit Riding Area (2 minutes) and to Tackett Creek (little over 10 minutes). There is plenty of parking for everyone on the 4 acre property. This is 1 of 4 homes that are next to each other so we can accommodate all group sizes. Please let us know if you need help booking larger groups. The space House #4 is set up like a hotel suite. It is a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom home. There are 2 full beds and a mini fridge in each room. This house boasts a huge walk-in shower with 4 shower heads making it the perfect space to clean up after a day of riding. This house sleeps up to 4 adults and we DO NOT allow pets in this house. House #4 is directly next to number #1 and across the street from #2 & #3. See map for visual. Each room has 2 double beds with a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, crockpot and toaster. Also, both rooms have a flat screen TV. The property sits on 4 acres and there is plenty of trailer parking. Guest access You will have the entire home to yourself Other things to note We are located 2 minutes from trail #25 in Ride Royal Blue and 14 minutes from Tackett creek. For all trail questions we will have you speak with Cody there is more information than we can fit on Airbnb. Also, You can conveniently ride into town to fill up with fuel. Directly across the street there is a 1940s restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch Monday-Saturday.
