This house has 5 bedrooms(3 x king, 3 x queen, 3 x full, 2 x twin) and 6 full bath home is designed to provide plenty of space and activities for guests! This home also features a 3 car garage, screened porch, open porch, indoor and outdoor dining areas, beverage center and laundry room (2), lake storage, boat dock and ample parking for several vehicles including space for vehicle + boat trailer. The space This house can sleep up to 18 people. The main kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a double wall oven, drawer microwave and a 6 burner gas cooktop. A nearby beverage center houses a beverage refrigerator, a countertop icemaker, a bar sink and plenty of glasses for entertaining – and the pass-through has bar-height seating for 2. The adjacent dining area has a table and dining space for 14 people and opens to an open-air porch with a grill. Also on this main level is a screened porch, the owner’s suite with a king bed and full bath with low-entry shower and heated tile floors, a guest bedroom with a king bed access to a full bath with low-entry shower, and full laundry room. Above the 3 car garage is an additional bedroom, complete with king bed and full tub/shower combo in the adjacent bathroom. Plenty of floor space also for additional overnight guests. In the lower level/basement of the home, there is a kitchen with full size refrigerator, a microwave and a range and dishwasher. Another laundry area on this floor is adjacent with stacked washer and dryers available. On either side of the social room are 2 large bedrooms, with 4 beds in each room (BR1 - 1 x queen, 1 x full, 2 x twin; BR2 - 2 x full and 2 x queen). You can exit the sliding glass doors on this level to the beautiful backyard area complete with shaded outdoor dining, a heated in-ground pool and a firepit. The boathouse is a great place to park your boat and some early morning fishing! Some other planned recreational offerings will be a ping-pong table, a pickle-ball setup for the courtyard driveway, basketball goal and grassy area for volleyball. There will be an additional charge of $50 per person for each person over the max sleeping capacity of 18. There will also be an additional cleaning fee for parties over 18 people. Any other "owner's areas" will be designated with appropriate labels.
