Red Brick Ranch, The Meadow Suite

The Red Brick Ranch is a newly-constructed, handicap-accessible house with shared amenities. We are centrally located between Cherokee and Douglas Lakes, close to Morristown (Walters State), Jefferson City (Carson-Newman University), Great Smoky Mtns Expo Center, and 20 miles from exit 407 (Dollywood/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg). The Meadow Suite is 550 sq ft (out of 6,000 sq ft total) with a private bath and direct porch access. Your private room isn’t just comfortable — it’s a personal retreat. The space The Meadow Suite is a private 550 sq ft room has a double-sized bed, queen-sized sleeper sofa, sitting chair, desk, dresser, and armoire. TV, HEPA air filter, mini fridge, and coffee maker are included. Inside the Meadow Suite is a private full bath with tub/shower enclosure. The Meadow Suite can host 4 people (2 in each bed). If you have a group larger than 4 people, please book the separate beds in the Gathering Loft. (See separate listings.) Even if all beds upstairs are not booked, I will shut off additional bookings so that your group has privacy. PLEASE NOTE: All guests must be ages 12 & up. This property has features that may not be safe for children under 12. Guest access You will have access to the SHARED living room, kitchen, patio, and 100% full wrap-around porch.
