Modern amenities that make your stay pleasurable and more importantly bring you closer together. Washer & dryer Guest access The entire cabin is for guests with the exception of owner's closet. Other things to note -Guests are required to sign an renter's agreement and must disclose number of guests and their full names -We have a strict no pet policy; unauthorized pets are grounds for eviction with no refund -All guests are required to provide a $500 security deposit hold -$100 fee for late check-out after 10 am, no exceptions. -Strict no smoking/vaping inside Smoke remediation starts at $700 -Guests must be aged 21+ to book a stay - Our cabin is on a regular pest control program, however - North GA mountains is home to overwintering bugs like beetles & stink bugs that occasionally get into cabins during the winter season - North GA mountains is also home to bees, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, wasps, yellow jackets, scorpions and snakes which appear during spring & summer months. Appropriate attire is needed when hiking/ walking in forested areas. We recommend insect repellent for skin during summer months. We keep some insect spray on hand as well for inside the cabin if needed - Wooded area with proximity to large & dangerous wildlife such as bears, deer, possums. Never leave food in your car or scrap food in yard after cooking - While accessible with a regular car, SUV recommended during inclement weather - Located in peaceful quiet community - other cabins visible from front of driveway not in the back of property - Occasional noise of barking dogs can sometimes be heard - Cabin is rustic with high ceilings. While we have central heat & air - cabin is not insulated like traditional buildings.
