Upstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a serene master suite with a soaking tub and large closet. Downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, plus a washer/dryer, dining area, half bath, and cozy living room. Step outside to your private patio with seating, BBQ grill, and umbrella, or explore the gated courtyard community complete with pool and green space. Beach chairs are provided for your use. Your villa comes with a numbered parking spot right out front, plus additional guest parking spaces. The beach is easily accessible! The quickest route is just across the street at the Seaside Villas crosswalk. You can also reach the beach via the public access at Coligny Plaza for another scenic option. As part of this booking, you will be asked to sign an additional rental agreement, provided by the rental agency supporting the management of this property, in addition to the terms provided by Airbnb.
