Peaceful on Pink sits on 15 acres that border the National Forest, making it a truly private location. Off the grid, yet only a short drive to town and close to several hiking trails, vineyards, and many other outdoor adventures, this cabin is perfect for a couple looking to getaway or a small group of friends or family to enjoy as a home away from home while exploring the many highlights the area has to offer. Note, due to the prep work needed, we are unable to accommodate same day bookings. The space Peaceful on Pink is a 2-story, 2-BD/1-BA cabin with an open floor concept on the main floor and bedrooms and bath upstairs. The recent renovations provide modern amenities, yet retain the rustic beauty of the original structure with thoughtful decor throughout, including original pieces of canvas art painted by the owner himself. The remodeled kitchen comes fully equipped with all new appliances, including a single serve pod coffee maker, and a full washer/dryer. There's also a propane grill on the back deck. The terrace level is perfect for a cornhole match or frisbee toss. Relax and enjoy an afternoon nap in the hammock under the trees or a picnic-style lunch at the Gathering Spot, soaking in long range views. End the day roasting smores making memories to last a lifetime. We do not live here full time, but may be around during your stay and would be delighted to meet you and say hello. Same-day reservations cannot be accommodated. Guest access Guests will have full access to Peaceful on Pink, which is the guest cabin on the property, and the surrounding outdoor space, including the rocking chairs on the front porch of the main cabin. A door code will be provided the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The interior and screened-in porch of the main cabin and the shed are not accessible. Other things to note A starter set of kitchen and bath essentials and laundry detergent are provided. Use of streaming services requires you to log into your own account. There is a DVD player with a selection of oldies. No animals/pets are allowed due to severe allergies. We clean and maintain the cabin ourselves and are unable to accommodate any animals. No smoking of any kind inside home. Please note our cabin backs up to national forest, which is open to wildlife hunting during designated seasons, the most popular being deer, which runs from September 14, 2025 - January 31, 2026 in White county. Guests should be aware of this activity. *Guests of Peaceful on Pink are asked to not engage in any type of wildlife hunting while staying at the cabin.
