Welcome to our super cozy and peaceful 1 bedroom/1 bathroom guest suite close to all the best spots in Atlanta: Emory University, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, CDC, Buckhead, Coca Cola Museum, Georgia Aquarium, CNN, Downtown Atlanta, Brookhaven, and more! This lovely apartment has its own private entrance and private patio. It is accessed through the basement, around the back of the house. Inside, you will love how clean and organized it is, with top quality furniture. No washer/dryer. The space The space is a guest suite in the bright and open basement of the main home. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette, and a living room. There is a lot of natural light and it is very clean and spacious. The AC control is in the main house. Just communicate with me what temperature you would like and we will accommodate that for you! Guest access Guest access is through our smart security lock on the front door. It is a unique lock combination for each guest. The space is located at the back of the main house. Facing the house, go around the right side of the home to find your private entrance, private patio, and Voila! Your front door is there! Other things to note Somebody lives in the main home above. They are very quiet and keep to themselves. If you were to need something, please reach out to your AirBnB host, myself, and not the person living in the main home. Thank you!
