Relaxing Waterfront/Lakeside Getaway

Come kick up your feet on our waterfront deck & enjoy Lake Life at our charming 3 bed/2 bath home. Relax with the whole family or group of friends in our cozy accommodations, kitchen w/everything you need to cook in or grill out, 3 seasons room where you can sit by the fire or feast at the oversized table with views of the lake! Boating, swimming, fishing, kayaking & paddle boarding at your fingertips. You won't want to leave, but it's only 15-20 min from restaurants, stores, vineyards, & more! The space Our space has everything you should need for a comfortable stay, but PLEASE reach out if you need anything!! ￭Living room - Leather sofa, and 2 leather recliners. Smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows, fireplace(see instructions) ￭Kitchen - Equipped with dishes, pots & pans, coffee supplies, and more (please ask if you need anything specific) ￭Three seasons room - large screened in porch with wood burning fireplace (we supply starter logs, but grab some wood on your way in!) arge dining room table/chairs, towel drying rack, and 2nd bathroom area located here. Access to rooftop on the water, and small deck with grill ￭Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with cozy bedding, closet with hangers and laundry hamper ￭Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with cozy bedding, closet with hangers and laundry hamper ￭Bedroom 3 - Two bunk beds (4 total twins) with under bed storage, closet with hangers and hamper ￭Bathroom 1 - Tub shower combo, small sink area, toilet ￭Bathroom 2 - Walk in shower, small sink area, toilet ￭Laundry - stackable washer/dryer located in large cabinet in the kitchen ￭Outdoors - Parking for 3 cars, lots of rooftop/deck area for outdoor games (not included), or hanging out. Keep an eye on children AT ALL TIMES. There is a lot of stairs, climbing, deck space right on the water. Guest access Space is all yours. The interior docks will not be available as there will not be power to the lifts, but if you wish to tie your boat / jet ski to the dock that is fine. Other things to note PLEASE READ: ￭No diving into the lake - water is about 5 feet deep ￭The rope swing is available for children to swing into the lake. ￭No jumping off the top deck ￭The steps getting into the lake maybe slippery, use caution ￭Welcome to use the fenced area, but PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET. Additional information:-In room heaters - Please turn OFF during the day ￭LIVING ROOM FIREPLACE: -Propane tank located outside to be turned on for living room fireplace. -OPEN the valve in the rear. -Initial lighting may take time to get the pilot lit, but then you can turn the fireplace on. -We cannot guarantee duration available for fireplace due to propane tank fuel amount remaining. Additional propane tank on the outside deck with the grill. ￭GRILL: - Located on the small deck outside of the three seasons room. -Propane fuel may be limited and not guaranteed. -PLEASE clean grill off while still hot -Once finished and grill cooled, please turn off propane tank
