Situated on 10 secluded acres with two rushing creeks, mountain views, and hiking trails, our property is centrally located between West Jefferson, New River State Park, and multiple river access points. Our property is the perfect spot to relax after a long day kayaking the New River, hiking, or exploring West Jefferson! The space One bedroom with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the den will sleep four. The den area has two recliners, a sofa, a Roku TV and a cozy electric fireplace. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and a dining room table with extension. Also included are a drip coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils to prepare meals. Bath towels and linens provided. There is a Weber gas grill for grilling and a patio table with four chairs to enjoy outdoor dining on the deck. A large fire pit area with complimentary firewood provided, to enjoy your evening under the stars. Games and DVDs above TV for your enjoyment. Cornhole, croquet and extra chairs are located in outdoor shed behind camper. Plenty of room to play and relax! Just 13 minutes to town of West Jefferson! Guest access Full 10 acre Property Access: Enjoy unrestricted access to the entire camper and surrounding outdoor areas, including hiking trails and creeks. Trail head access off main driveway. Neighbor Boundaries: Please respect our neighbors' privacy and property lines; no trespassing. Creek access at ends of trails marked. The logging road marks south property line and barbed wire fence along driveway marks north. Self check-in using lock box. Other things to note A picturesque, but steep gravel driveway takes you to the top of the property; front wheel drive or all wheel/4 wheel drive recommended. Please keep momentum climbing driveway to avoid damage to gravel surface. Trust us, the journey is part of the adventure, and the destination is well worth it!
