If you’re looking for a private oasis and a luxury stay with astonishing views, then these cabins are for you. Both cabins offer breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains. Centrally located in Gatlinburg Tennessee, staying here puts you right in between Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood! Within 10-15 minutes, you can be in Downtown Pigeon Forge playing mini golf with friends and family, in Downtown Gatlinburg, hiking some of the best Smoky Mountain trails, or at the famous Dollywood Park! The space THE EVENT SPACE: (NOT INCLUDED IN AIRBNB PRICE) We have a space for small events such as weddings, corporate events, yoga retreats, birthdays, and so on. The space will not be booked to someone else while you are staying at the cabins, unless you fail to pay your event payment on time. The event space is NOT included in your airbnb booking. It is able to be booked separately if interested. If you do not book the event space, we ask that you please stay off of the platform as it is exclusively reserved for groups renting out the space. If you attempt to go on the platform or use the event space without booking it, you will be subject to having your reservation canceled, along with a $500 fine. There are hills to drive up, there are a few hairpin turns, and it is driving up a mountain, as our cabin is located towards the top. With that being said, the roads are 100% paved, and we have driven uhauls, vans, and 2-wheel cars up to the cabin with no problem at all. It is no different than other mountain top homes in Gatlinburg, but if you are not familiar with driving up mountains in Gatlinburg, and you are nervous of driving up hills, please keep this in mind. Parking: There is absolutely no street parking. We can fit up to 8 cars max. Well Water: We do have a well water system, so please be mindful of your water usage. AC: The minimum temperature is set to 68F. Please do not go lower than that as it can cause issues to the AC/Circuit Breaker. Guest access Essentials: Linens, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, bath towels, dishwasher pods or detergent, laundry pods or detergent, and trash bags are provided. Private Access: You have full access to the entire private road, both cabins, and outdoor space (this does not include the event space outside unless you booked it). Restaurants/Grocery Stores: Kroger, Publix, Food City, and more are all within 10-15 minutes from the cabin to stock up on all your food & drink needs. There are great pancake houses, restaurants, diners, ice cream shops, and more close by to add to the Smoky Mountain Experience. Propane Tanks & Wood: The outside grills and outside fireplaces run off a propane tank. We try to have them filled for easy guest use, but a filled propane tank is not included with your booking. If they run out during your stay, the propane tank can be taken to Kroger or Walmart nearby to be refilled. We do not provide wood for the outdoor firepit. Outdoor Lights: Please be sure to turn the lights off at night once you are finished enjoying the outdoor space. Exterior Doors: Please keep the doors closed to avoid insects from entering the home. We are in the mountains and try our best to keep a clean interior of the home. Indoor Tub: Please only fill the indoor tub up to 1/2-3/4th of the way when taking a bath. We use well water and try our best to be conscious of water use.
