The 500 sqft space features 1 queen bed, 2 twin bunk beds, and 1 queen sleeper sofa – a perfect space for a couples getaway or small family vacation. We can't wait to welcome you to paradise! The space 🐚 THE CONDO: Every inch of this condo is recently renovated; thoughtfully designed with beach house style and comfort in mind. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, brand new couch, upgraded in-unit washer and dryer, a dedicated work space, WiFi, 2 Roku smart TVs with cable, and a private balcony with ocean views. 🍽️ THE KITCHEN: The kitchen boasts modern appliances and utensils, perfect for whipping up a beachside snack or brewing your morning coffee. Basic pantry staples such as salt, pepper, and oil are also provided. 🧺 WE PROVIDE: Linens and towels are supplied. Start your day feeling rejuvenated with complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We've got you covered with the essentials to get you started: we offer paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and a few garbage bags. You’re conveniently located near the Sea Merchants supermarket in case you need anything further to enjoy your stay. 🌊 BEACH GEAR & FUN: Pack light and make the most of your beach outings with a complimentary beach bag, 2 beach chairs and beach towels to use during your stay. Rinse off the sand and saltwater with our convenient outdoor shower, allowing you to return to your retreat feeling refreshed. Keep the fun going with a selection of board games and beach-reads, perfect for family gatherings or cozy evenings in. 🎆 WELCOME GUIDE: Upon check-in the host will provide you with a Welcome Guide that includes local recommendations and area information. Summer Events: Fireworks on Thursdays, Family Night on Tuesdays, Farmers Market on Saturdays, Movies by The Lake on Sundays. ☀️ Book your vacation today and embark on an unforgettable seaside retreat in Carolina Beach! Guest access 🔐 Enjoy a private condo with access to your own private balcony. Prior to check-in you'll receive a code that is specific to you for the smart lock. For security and safety, there is an external doorbell camera that monitors the front door. 🚙 As a guest, you'll receive a key to the seasonal pool reserved for the condominium, along with a parking pass for 1 unassigned parking spot (vehicles without proper display of the pass are subject to towing). Any loss of these items will incur a charge of $100-$200 per item. If additional parking is needed, there are paid parking lots nearby. Golf carts are not permitted. Additionally, within the complex, there is a picnic area and charcoal grill for your enjoyment. Other things to note • NO PETS (to include emotional-support and therapy animals) per HOA. • NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the condo (to include cigarettes, marijuana, vape pens, anything with an odor, etc). Please be aware that smoking is permitted in outdoor areas in Carolina Beach. As a result, you may occasionally smell cigarette smoke from neighboring properties. If you are very sensitive to cigarette smoke, this may not be the ideal area for you. • KEEP THE BALCONY DOOR CLOSED to prevent issues with the HVAC system, odors from outside, and insects. • NO BALCONY DRYING In accordance with HOA rules, do not place towels or swimwear on balcony deck rails. • MUST BE 21 or over to check-in. Each rule violation will result in a $500+ fine depending on the situation. *Refunds outside of the cancellation window will not be granted due to inclement weather; we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.*
