The blue room is available, the pink room is sometimes open and can be booked separately. The space Share the house with the landlord, a quiet nurse, and enjoy the kitchen, living, dining and common spaces. There is a back deck and a big flat yard. This is the closest you can get to the 285/75 exits without hearing the noise! ***Note: To me, preserving a certain home environment of peace, calm, and sense of safety & security is of upmost importance--for myself and for those under my roof. I'll take great care & intention to make each guest feel comfortable--including considering the dynamic/interaction among guests. Guest access Keypad entry and check-in. Guests can access the shared kitchen, living, and dining areas, patio, yard, as well as the garage to access the washer/dryer. During your stay Landlord will be available by cell and on the premise. Most of the time I will not bother the guest unless you indicate you'd like to converse or interact. Mostly interact when in common spaces. Other things to note This is a pet-free home, even though I adore animals!
