Brand New Listing! Historic Home and fully remodeled! The space We’ve worked hard for the past 5 years remodeling our home. The rooms are spacious. Both bedrooms have queen size mattresses. You are more than welcome to bring an air mattress, if you need additional sleeping space. The bathroom has the original CLAWFOOT TUB! Please, consider this before booking. Due to your age and certain body restrictions, this may not work well for you. We are not liable for any injuries and all guests are taking on full responsibility. The kitchen is well equipped. You’ll find everything you need to cook a meal and enjoy a cup of coffee. Please, WATCH YOUR STEP IN THE KITCHEN! (Review the pictures) Washer and dryer are both available. The dining room can seat 6. The living room has a sofa and two large chairs. Original heart pine floors throughout the house. Large screened in porch with pollywood swing. Guest access The full front of the house. We also, occasionally, rent out the back one bedroom apartment that’s separate. It has its own entrance and parking space. If you are traveling with a larger group, you can rent the additional space for a discounted rate. Please, message if you are interested. Other things to note Again, please, consider the bathroom has a clawfoot tub/shower. The guest/guest group are all responsible for acknowledging that they are able to safely step into and out of the clawfoot tub/shower. Should an injury occur, the guest is taking on full responsibility/liability. Also, at times, the back apartment is rented. If your group needs the extra space, just message me to see if it’s available. I will give a discount to anyone who wishes to rent both the front and back of the house.
