All linens are provided Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker, several different coffee pods with sugar creamer and stir stick packets provided. We provide all essential kitchen needs - dishes, pots & pans, silverware, cooking utensils, aluminum foil, Pam cooking spray, and also grilling utensils for our outdoor charcoal grills in front of each unit. We do not provide charcoal. The living room hosts an electric fireplace with a 50” smart TV with 163 cable channels (included are HBO channels and a great sports package). The couch has 2 electric recliners with USB ports and there is also an electric reclining movie chair with cup holders. A stack washer and dryer is in the unit and we do provide several All free and Clear pods and Bounce dryers sheets for your use. There is also a broom & dust pan and a small vacuum beside it as well. Full Bath with tub shower combo is located beside the bedroom. An ADA height toilet and toilet paper is provided. We also provide: Foot towel to step out onto, Towels, hand towels, washcloths, make up wash cloths, hair dryer, hand soap, and travel size: shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion. There is a cleaning kit under the vanity with Clorox wipes, toilet bowl cleaner, glass cleaner, and several cleaning rags. The property has covered charcoal grills ( Charcoal is Not provided you will need to bring your own) We also have bike racks at both units for your use. Other things to note The unit is located downstairs and in the middle of building 1 as you are pulling into the property. Great location for walking to nearby attractions or you can walk to the Parkway and grab a local trolley for a minimal fee We provide a parking pass for your car and ask that you have it displayed while on our Legacy Condominium property. The property has exterior security cameras that do video and audio record. These are located on both light poles at each building. The entire property has Pest Control servicing inside every unit. Please be aware that Raymond’s Pest Control will be on property every 3rd Thursday of the month between 1200-200 pm to enter and spray each unit.
