Cozy country home on a private road. Home is nestled by mature trees for optimum privacy. It has a fenced back yard & complete privacy. Relax on the front porch or back deck. The space This house is on a private gravel road. Please respect the speed limit of 25 MPH. It is in a wooded area with a natural setting. There are only a handful of houses on the road, and they are all owner occupied. It is a very quiet & peaceful environment. Although at times you may hear some farm animals of a local homesteader off in the distance. Guest access You can utilize the entire property other than the interior of the garage. Other things to note HOUSE KEY POLICY Two physical keys are provided at check-in. We require both keys to be returned on check-out. There is a $200 fine for not returning both keys. (this necessitates us having to change lock sets) PET POLICY We love our furry guests as well! We do require a few things. * There is a $75 per pet fee, with a Maximum of 2 pets. * Guests with pets must clean up after pets inside and out. * Guest will be given 24 hours notice for yard care and any feces and toys must be removed. We would appreciate cleaning up after pets daily. * Landscaper will charge a nominal fee if they have to clean up. That charge will be passed to guest after first request. The charge is $24 per incident. * Pets must be crated when guest is not at or inside the property. * **Starter Supplies:** We provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels, which is estimated to last a group of four for about three days. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. * **Security:** For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed and recording. * **Long-Term Stays:** For stays of 30 days or longer, a rental agreement is required. Key terms include: * **Occupancy:** Exceeding the maximum number of guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. * **Damages:** Guests are financially responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. * **Repairs:** Please report any maintenance issues immediately. While we will address any issues as quickly as possible, refunds are not provided for equipment malfunctions. * **Subletting:** Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
