If you are adventurous it is a train that run south to north it’s pretty cool to take it and get off and try different bars , etc. I would recommend :) The space The apartment is a 1bd full bath and has a full size kitchen. The linen closet is fully stocks with sheets, towels, and dove soap. So if you happen to leave something we got you covered. Queen size bed with a 65’ Samsung TV. The room has a dresser so if you would like to unpack all your luggage you can and enjoy the comfort as if you were home. The refrigerator is always fully stocked with water juice and other items you would need to cook. The complex has a gym, pool , clubhouse and is dog friendly. The pet Fee is $150 one time payment and the community will always be safe with 24/7 security. Guest access You may utilize the entire apartment, just please keep in my any damages to anything in the unit will result in a $250-500 fine. Other things to note Lost parking permit or lost key fob will both result in a $300 fine per item. So please be sure to always keep those two close and in a safe place. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am any large gatherings are not permitted and will result in a $500 fine. You must clean up everything after yourself! Meaning dishes and trash.If you do not this will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee! I will always be Available for you whenever you need.
