The space The only shared space is the washer and dryer. They are located in the utility room, between the two apartments, both with locking doors. Guest access You will have your own separate entrance. Other things to note We are a single occupant space and do not allow overnight guests. We are also a non smoking property, inside and outside. If this policy is not respected you will be asked to vacate the property. If the apartment smells of smoke there will be an additional $400 charge for cleaning. No third party bookings.
