The location is excellent, very close to Zoom Beach and Neversea Beach and in the immediate vicinity there are public utilities necessary for a comfortable stay, such as: supermarket, shops, terraces, pizzeria, commercial banks, pharmacy, etc. Public transport is very accessible and our recommendation is to use them to visit the important objectives of the area, such as: Dolphinarium, City Mall/Tabacariei Park and Aqua Magic. The space The independent rooms available for our guests are located on the floor of the building with separate entrance. Guests have at their disposal a gazebo equipped to be able to cook easily (breakfast or dinner). Also, the lawned courtyard reserved exclusively for our guests has a barbecue space that can be used in the evening. Guest access Our guests can use the gazebo dedicated to them, including the appliances in this gazebo, provided that the cleanliness is maintained and the container for the selective collection of garbage is used correctly. You can also use the toilet and the shower in the yard. We mention that it is forbidden to use the other gazebo dedicated to the owners. During your stay In general, the owners are available in the early hours of the morning or after 5 p.m. Any complaint or problem can be reported by phone or other communication channels. Other things to note The rooms available for our guests are part of the "adult only" 12+ category, unfortunately not having the logistics to accommodate small children. We do not accommodate minors unaccompanied by family members. We do not accept the consumption of prohibited substances inside the property. The quiet hours must be respected. Parking within the property is within the limits of the available places and depending on the type of car (difficult for cars with low ground clearance).
