Welcome to Sandy Vibes! This charming, fully-furnished beachfront condo offers amazing views of the ocean and the beach is steps away with access directly from the building. Enjoy a day on the beach, fishing, tennis, basketball, go shopping or just simply unwind. This condo has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. The space Our condo is on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator in the building so the stairs will give you a little exercise to keep you in shape. The private deck is the perfect spot to have your favorite beverage as you enjoy the beautiful ocean view and listen to the waves. The living area is filled with natural light and happy beach color decor. There is a comfy chair and a queen-size sleeper sofa. It has a small dining area, an electric fireplace media cabinet and a large flat-screen TV. Spectrum cable & WiFi is also included. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator and stove, counter ice maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, utensils and glasses. Coffee maker, tea kettle complementary coffee and tea. Newly updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels, first aid kit, paper products and basic toiletries are provided. The bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, with linens, two nightstands, a dresser, closet, and a flat screen TV. There are remote controlled ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom and split system air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom. Guest access The building has direct beach access and has basketball & tennis courts across the street. There is a laundromat and outdoor grills adjacent to this building. There is also a market and a Tiki bar directly across the street. The HOA does a nice job with the landscaping and the area is clean and well-kept. Other things to note Free parking on premises and two parking passes will be available for you to use during your stay. They must be displayed on your rearview mirror so that your car is not towed. It is important to know that parking passes have to be returned otherwise the HOA will charge $50 per pass to replace and the guest would be responsible for the charge. While we love pets too, the Topsail Reef HOA does not allow guests with pets in the condo or building.
