The Tribe: special loft in elementary school

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We converted the auditorium of the school in which we live as a family, together with an artist, into a special loft with 3 bedrooms. Downstairs are play corners for children and guests are allowed to use the gym where CrossFit lessons are also provided. Behind the school is a great place with sandpit and picnic table where you look out over the Groningen fields. Relax while your children enjoy themselves! The space The loft has a large downstairs area of 70m2. The room is 5 meters high. A loft has been built in the room on which there are 3 sleeping cabins. White has a double bed (1.60 wide) and a single loft bed (0.80 wide) Pink has a double bed (1.40 wide) and a toddler loft bed (0.70 x 1.70) Brown is flexible to design. As standard, there is a single bed, a toddler bed and a crib. We will of course provide made-up beds! The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, kettle and Nespresso machine. There are coffee cups and there is tea, olive oil, pepper, salt. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin, and a wide counter top that has a changing pad on it. There are also towels, wash cloths, for the little ones a bath cape/large hydrophilic cloth and shower gel and shampoo are provided. The garden for this B&B is located behind the property (accessible via the central hall). Here is a nice place to sit with a beautiful view. Also there is a sandbox. You will be sharing this place if there are guests in our outdoor property as well. This stay can also be rented if you want to stay with a whole family with us, for example. In front of the school building is a small playground of the municipality with a playground equipment. CrossFit classes are taught in the gym, especially in the evening, but also on Friday morning and Saturday morning. Then there are athletes who use the same entrance and the gym is occupied. Outside of classes, guests can play and exercise in the gym. It can also be used by other guests/children at that time and by ourselves. After playing, please clean up everything again and never leave children alone in the gym - play at your own risk. The Borgerswold nature reserve is a few minutes away. Here is a beach, a water skiing course, a large petting zoo and nice to look for in advance is the Veenjagerspad, a discovery route for young and old. Guest access Guests in De Stam have an outdoor area behind the property. The square is for private use and for guests in the other B&B. The gym can be used outside of the CrossFit classes. For this, you can sign up for a block of “private” or a block “shared”. In the shared block, guests from the other B&B can also come to play. After use, of course, immediately clean everything up. Use of the gym is at your own risk. Children never unattended by parents in the gym. Other things to note We are a family with 3 young children, 2 cats, a dog (also the doorbell) and a group of chickens and a rooster. Because we live in the school ourselves with our children and animals, we would like to hear who we can receive so that we have an idea with whom we will share our nice place later.
