The Tribe: special loft in elementary school

Create new memories in this unique, family-friendly accommodation. Together with an artist, we have converted the auditorium of the school in which we live as a family into a special loft with 3 bedrooms. Downstairs are play areas for children, and guests can use the gym where CrossFit lessons are also given. Behind the school is a nice place with a sandbox and picnic table overlooking the Groningen fields. Relax while your children have fun! The space The loft has a large ground floor space of 70m2. The room is 5 meters high. In the room, a loft has been built on which there are 3 sleeping cabins. White has a double bed (1.60 wide) and a single bunk bed (0.80 wide) Pink has a double bed (1.40 wide) and a toddler high sleeper (0.70x 1.70) Brown can be arranged flexibly. By default, there is a single bed, a toddler bed and a crib. We will of course provide made beds! The kitchen is complete with fridge/freezer, oven, kettle and Nespresso machine. There are coffee cups and there is tea, olive oil, pepper, salt. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and a wide countertop with a changing pad on it. There are also towels, washcloths, a bath cape/large hydrophilic cloth for the little ones, and shower gel and shampoo are provided. The garden for this B&B is located behind the building (accessible via the central hall). Here is a nice place to sit with beautiful views. Also there is a sandbox. You will share this place if there are also guests in our country house. This accommodation can also be rented if you want to stay with us with a whole family, for example. In front of the school building is a small playground of the municipality with a playground. CrossFit classes are given in the gym, especially in the evening, but also on Friday mornings and Saturday mornings. Then there are athletes who use the same entrance and the gym is occupied. Outside of classes, guests can play and exercise in the gym. It can also be used at that time by other guests/children and by ourselves. After playing, please tidy up everything again and never leave children alone in the gym - playing is at your own risk. A few minutes away is the Borgerswold nature reserve. Here is a beach, a water ski track, a large children's farm, and fun to look up is the Veenjagerspad, a discovery route for young and old. Guest access Guests in De Stam have an outdoor area behind the property. The square is for private use and for the guests in the other B&B. Outside the CrossFit lessons, the gym can be used. For this you can sign up for a block 'private' or a block 'shared'. In the shared block, guests from the other B&B can also come and play. After use, of course, clean everything up immediately. Use of the gym is at your own risk. Children are never allowed in the gym without parental supervision. Other things to note We are a family with 3 young children, 2 cats, a dog (also the doorbell) and a group of chickens and a rooster. Because we live in the school with our children and animals, we would like to hear first who we can receive so that we have an idea with whom we will share our nice place.
