Just a few steps away, you’ll find traditional trattorias, restaurants, cafés, and cocktail bars, as well as Rome’s most famous sights—from the majestic Pantheon to Piazza Navona—all easily reachable with a short stroll. The space The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator and features two double bedrooms both with AC, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Well-lit corridors connect the various rooms, creating a harmonious flow within the home. Comfortable and cozy, the apartment offers an ideal space to relax after a day of exploring the eternal city. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal for exclusive use. At check-in, they will be given the keys to the building and the apartment door, which will be returned upon departure. There are no time restrictions for entering and leaving the residence, but it is important to respect the condominium's rules of coexistence. Other things to note The apartment will be ready for guests' arrival starting at 3:00 PM, unless otherwise indicated at the time of booking. Upon request, it is possible to check in before 3:00 PM, subject to availability. For arrivals after 10:00 PM, there is an additional charge of 50 euros on the total rental amount. Check-out is set for 10:00 AM. Guests are kindly asked to leave the apartment in orderly condition and simply place the keys on the living room table before leaving the accommodation. Access to the apartment is only allowed for the people registered at the time of check-in. It is not permitted to host more people than indicated in the booking, unless previously agreed upon. Guests are strongly recommended to turn off lights and other electronic devices when not in the apartment.
