2 adjoining duplexes for 13 people

Are you coming with friends or family for 7 days or more? The two duplexes offered here together for rent can accommodate 7 people on one side and 6 people on the other. Please note, first floor without elevator access. The fully renovated accommodations overlook the central square of Valberg, with direct access to the Garibeuil tunnel carpet for skiing and summer sledding, next to the ESF and the piou-piou. There is a restaurant and a snack bar on the ground floor. The space There are two real bedrooms (including a master suite) each with a 140 x 200 bed, two sleeping areas with 200 x 90 mattresses that can be joined on the platform (3 in one apartment, two in the other) and two sofa beds with double mattresses intended for intensive use. The pillows are all 65 x 65. Each duplex has its own kitchen and spacious shower room. We know that our guests rarely come for just one night and usually access the accommodation by car. This is why bedding and towels are not provided with the rental but can be made available for €20 per person per stay. If you want linens, please let us know and we will send you a payment request. Waterproof mattress covers are provided for all beds. Baby equipment is available (baby bed, high and low barriers on the stairs, high chair, plastic dishes and outlet covers), please read the terms and conditions carefully. Guest access Both entire homes are available for guest use on this listing. The accommodations also have access to two ski lockers so you don't have to bring your equipment into the accommodations. Please note, being located on the pedestrian part of Valberg, there is no car access possible but parking is free behind the administrative center and on the street, with the possibility of recharging your electric vehicle with the Chargemap or Wiiiz card. Other things to note It must be understood that the renovation of this historic building had to deal with the architectural constraints of the time. There is no elevator and all the apartments are located on the first floor. No ground floor access is possible.
