Adorable, modern Intech Terra Oasis camper on a corner canal lot with views of the Currituck Sound. Guests have access to canal so bring your boat and kayaks! Great location on Walnut Island in Grandy. Easy boat ride to Duck and Corolla. Short drive to H2OBX Water Park and the OBX. Conveniently located near shopping and dining. Very short walk to Barry’s Bar and Restaurant on the water. Come and explore all that the area has to offer and relax on this peaceful, breezy property! The space The camper sits on a private lot. This is not in a backyard. Guests have the entire lot for use, as well as the canal. We do keep our boat in the canal and occasionally arrive to take it out, but we will respect the guests privacy and space. There is not a boat ramp on the property, but guests can put their boats etc. in the water nearby at Barry’s Restaurant for a $10 fee. Guest’s boats can remain in the canal for the duration of their stay. There is approximately 200 feet of bulkhead. Water levels average at least 2-3 feet and the levels are wind driven. Other things to note The dinette bed is advertised by Intech to fit 2 people. It is a smaller full size bed, not a Queen.
