4-person cottage near Falaise

The gîte du Lavoir is a pretty, independent and quiet stone house, in the heart of a wooded park. 65 m2 for 4 people. The cottage is located in a small village 5 minutes from the city of Falaise, birthplace of William the Conqueror and next to the Swiss Normandy (Pont d'Ouilly, La Roche d'Oëtre, Clecy). Caen 40 min, Cabourg and Ouistreham beaches, Lisieux, and Bayeux within 1 hour. Mont St Michel 2 hours. Private fenced garden but ponds on the property so be careful with young children. The space The gîte is located on a large property. It's an old house, opposite ours, but our living spaces are opposite. On the ground floor are the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be put together. The accommodation is furnished and decorated with antiques. The gîte has its own private and fenced garden. As we are in a small locality, calm awaits you. Guest access The place is self-contained, but if I am around I like to greet guests and show them around the place. Otherwise, the lockbox will be there for you. Parking is on the property and is shared with us. Other things to note The property's park, which has several recreational pools, is not allowed for children for safety reasons.
