4-person cottage near Falaise

Le Gîte du Lavoir is a pretty, detached, quiet stone house located in the heart of the park on our property. The 68 m² cottage (for 4 people) is located in a small village 5 minutes from Falaise, the birthplace of William the Conqueror, and close to Suisse Normande (Pont d'Ouilly, La Roche d'Oëtre, Clecy). Caen 40 min, Cabourg and beaches of Ouistreham, Lisieux, and Bayeux less than1 hour away. Mont St Michel, 2 hours. Private, fenced garden, but there are ponds on the property, so be careful with young children. The space The gîte is located on a large property. It's an old house, opposite ours, but our living spaces are opposite. On the ground floor are the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be put together. The accommodation is furnished and decorated with antiques. The gîte has its own private and fenced garden. As we are in a small locality, calm awaits you. Guest access The place is self-contained, but if I am around I like to greet guests and show them around the place. Otherwise, the lockbox will be there for you. Parking is on the property and is shared with us. Other things to note The property's park, which has several recreational pools, is not allowed for children for safety reasons.
