Only a few miles from downtown Asheville, Lake Lure and Chimney Rock, just to mention a few. This house is isolated in the picturesque countryside of Fairview North Carolina. All wheel drive advised. The space This cabin is split into two units, each with complete kitchens, dining area, living area and outdoor space. This listing offers three connected floors as one unit (the main floor with two bedrooms and their private bathrooms as well as a third floor bedroom and a private bathroom). There is also a separate lower unit with two bedrooms and private bathrooms. These two units are separated by a central stairwell and doors can be locked or unlocked to your preference. However the upper and lower units can be rented separately as well by locking the stairwell for a total of 3 bedrooms to the upper unit and 2 bedrooms to the lower unit. Please Note: There is a gravel driveway with incline leading to this cabin. All wheel drive advised. Guest access There is private outdoor space at the the lower entrance and on the deck. Each private outdoor space has a grill. Other things to note This home is tucked away on the edge of the woods just a 23 minute country drive from Asheville Airport. It sits approximately 1000 feet off the road for privacy and surrounded by woods. The driveway is gravel. A two wheel drive vehicle should be fine. We always recommend an all wheel drive vehicle if you chose to explore. The location offers the solitude of North Carolina country living yet just minutes away from modern conveniences. Groceries, gas, local brew pubs and restaurants are minutes away yet you remain isolated from the hustle and bustle of suburbia. But if it's the excitement of the city you want, we are just 17 minutes from the heart of downtown Asheville.
