Forest Garden Lodge (B&B optional) near Blackpool

A pet friendly beautiful lodge, with BBQ and hot tub, Close to Blackpool/Cleveleys The lodge is situated in our large garden so plenty of room for your doggie! It sleeps 2 adults, 2 children, and a baby (fold up beds supplied) and baby ( cot supplied). You can stay with breakfast or self catering No use of the hot tub after 9.30pm or before 9am. Please dont use the hot tub if wearing fake tan. The hot tub is £20 extra a day, (payable on arrival) Breakfast £7.50 adult, £5 child The space THE LODGE: Garden setting with own entrance. Lounge with Television and seating for breakfast. Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, fridge,Crockery, Cutlery, Kettle(no cooking facilities) but air fryer supplied. An iron and ironing board are supplied. Bedroom with a double bed (memory foam mattress)with bedding. 2 Single fold down bed with bedding. Travel cot.. No bedding supplied. Wardrobe with 2 robes, dressing table with hair dryer Bathroom with shower and bath towells supplied. BBQ and Hot tub!(please tell us in advance if use of the hot tub is required) Hot tub charge is £20 extra per day payable on arrival. Please note, we do have neighbours and we would like noise to be kept to a minimum to respect them. Swings and slide and seesaw in the garden. Childs football table and air hockey table. Smoke alarms and first aid kit. Strictly no smoking, vaping is permitted, seating and ashtrays are supplied outside the lodge. Dogs welcome, lovely garden for them to play in, or the park is a 5 minute walk. There are 3 steps going to the lodge. No felt pens or colouring pens are permitted in the lodge. Coffee (ground and instant)Tea, hot chocolate, sugar, milk is supplied. For people paying for breakfast:(an extra £15 per couple, to be paid on arrival). £5 for a child. Adult breakfast includes 2 Sausages, 2 bacon, fried egg, Beans. mushrooms, 2 hash browns and tomato. Orange juice, milk, Jam, marmalade, cereal, bread and butter are also supplied in the lodge for people having breakfast. Please bring cash with you for breakfast and the hot tub payment. LOCATION: Only 20 minutes from blackpool, 10 minutes to cleveleys.10 minutes to fleetwood. 10 minutes from Poulton Le Fylde train station. 10 minutes off the M55 motorway. There is a public house 5 minutes walk that do food and is dog friendly. Also fish and chip shop and pizza/burger place 2 minutes drive. We have a baby monitor, so you can relax in the hot tub and keep an eye on the little ones. Please just ask us for it. Highchair available on request. If you need anything at all or any questions our home is just across the lawn. You can even meet our pet cockatoo called Ella! Our priority is that you have a comfortable and happy stay. Please note if the hot tub is booked and not used, payment will still be due as we have to turn it on 24 hours before arrival. Ideal for non drivers! We can be your taxi if you wish to go to blackpool/cleveleys/fleetwood, £15 each way or the bus stops at the bottom of the road which is a 5 minutes walk. We can collect/return you from the train station for £15 each way. IN THE WINTER MONTHS: Please note there is no central heating, we have an electric fire in the lounge and a radiator in the bedroom, but it can be cold in the morning until the heaters are put on. The garden can also get boggy if we have a lot of rain, please bear this in mind if you are bringing children and pets. Guest access Private access through the side garden gate. There are three steps up to the lodge Other things to note In the kitchenette we have microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge. Please note there is no oven or cooker hob, but an air fryer is supplied. Although we state 4 people, it is based on 2 adults, 2 children (can use the fold up beds, bedding supplied) and a baby which would have a travel cot. Bedding not supplied for the cot. We supply bedding for the double bed , which includes an electric blanket and memory foam mattress. Bedding is supplied for the two childrens beds.. We supply towels, robes, and a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. No use of the hot tub before 9am and after 9pm. (9.30pm throughout july & august) Any breakages must be replaced or paid for. If you require the bbq, hot tub or breakfast please let us know in advance. Please bring your own coal etc for the bbq. Utensils are supplied. Toddlers must be monitored at all times when in the grounds.
