Comfortable & Quiet Private Room and Bathroom

1 minute from The Gold Fish Barn venue and the Historic Fort. 25 minutes from Whitetail Ski Resort is a home with a private master bedroom and private bathroom. The option to share the kitchen and laundry room is on a case by case basis. There is a Dollar General and 2 restaurants 5 minutes away in Ft. Loudon. Mcconnellsburg and Mercersburg are 12 to 15 min away and both have more shopping/restaurant options. Chambersburg & Greencastle have even more options and are both 20-25 min away. The space Guests will have their own private master bedroom and master bathroom suite. The bathroom has double sinks. The bathroom closet is not available for guests but there is a small closet space and drawers in the Master bedroom. The private space has a microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, toaster and Kuerig Coffee maker and milk frother. There is a TV with Firestick to access your own streaming services. In addition, there is an app for many live channels. Guest access Guests have a parking area which will accommodate a boat or camper. There is parking for 2 vehicles. From the parking area, there is a a 5-step brick stair entrance that can be avoided by walking in the front yard and then just 1 step to the porch entrance and 1-step to enter my home. The code to the front door will be provide the day of check in. You are the only one using the front door; we use the back door. During your stay I live in the home but will give you all the privacy you desire. Share the kitchen and laundry room can be arrange and is approved per individual request Other things to note There is a king bed and a sofa bed in your room. The sofa bed has a memory foam mattress and is a very comfortable full size bed. If using the sofa bed and requesting a crib also, the space will be a little crowded but possible if you need both.
