The space *Driveway has new Gravel as of April 2025* It’s such a pleasant space, great Vibe with this color! This charming development is perched above Bryson City in a little forest and the 4 cabins are thoughtfully spaced and situated to ensure privacy. It’s a short walk to town (1/2 mile). It has a smart TV and great internet for streaming your favorite movies and shows, a record player with an increasing selection of vinyl. AM/FM/Bluetooth stereo. A spacious bathroom with tub/shower and a full length mirror. Kitchen has microwave, drip coffee maker, large refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove with all cooking wares and utensils. A killer fire pit and common area with corn hole boards, wildflower garden, and a 1/2 walking trail on the 3.6 acre wooded property. An air conditioner that keeps the place chill, and a tankless water heater for those long showers after hiking in the GSMNP. The location is fantastic with the park being a 5 minute drive away and if you forgot an essential ingredient for the cookout on the gas grill, no worries, grocery store is 5 minutes away as well.
