At the beach In just 30 seconds where your feet are in the gentle salty waves, or in 45 seconds tossing a crab trap in the sound. You can also just enjoy the coastal life with a cocktail and serene ocean views from the expansive deck. The space We recently renovated the house to meet our guests needs, keeping the character of that perfect beach cottage! Our 1 floor raised beach bungalow with a wrap around deck has water views everywhere. Large full kitchen with all your cooking needs, dishes, silverware, drinking, wine and whisky glasses too!, full size washer and dryer conveniently located under the granite countertop! Water views from every room, from the living room there’s ocean and sound views. Bedrooms have peekaboo ocean views from the large 52” windows and Sliding glass doors in the main bedroom Under the house is an awesome covered patio, enclosed private shower with hot and cold water. The outdoor shower makes it easy for the whole family to get ready for a seafood dinner or a trip to one of the 5 nearby ice cream parlors. We have 3 large smart TVs all with Netflix, Tubi, Peacock and other streaming services for your browsing pleasure. We provide sheets, blankets and pillowcases which are cleaned and rotated between each guest visit! We do not provide beach and bath towels. Don’t want to pack them? Sweet Dreams offers a wonderful affordable, no fuss service. Downstairs there are 2 small locked closets for our belongings and the lawnmower! Happy to provide a key if you’d like to mow the lawn :) Other things to note This house is perfectly located on the narrowest part of the island. It is less than a 30 second walk with no busy streets to cross to the beach. Across island drive and a 35 second walk is the intracoastal waterway. The deck and interior have recently been renovated. Large 52” windows and sliding doors in the main bedroom and main entrance for that perfect ocean breeze. You have water views from every room, the definition of the perfect island home. Downstairs there is a covered patio area under the house perfect for game night, beer pong, cards or a friendly game of monopoly! As long as the Monopoly money doesn’t blow away. The lot around the house is large and sandy, great for Corn Hole and or Horseshoes We provide fresh linens and bedding for each guest, for bath and beach towels we encourage guests to bring their own or use Sweet Dreams Linens in Topsail beach, they will deliver and pick up your towels.
