Boat has tv,gas stove,micro,sink,fridge,freezer and everything you need to make meal. Bath has continuous hot water. But it’s really about the river. Amazing sunrise/sunsets. You might see dolphins, gators ,eagles,owls,deer, hogs,crabs and fishing jumping in a single day! We also have a bar you can sit back and enjoy. The space The marina is at a private residence and the marina, including floating dock, ramp, tiki bar , pier and laundry building are shared areas. Guest access The boat is for guest that are staying on it only . Guest can access floating dock, ramp pier , tiki bar and laundry area. These areas are shared areas . Kayaks , life vest , fishing gear at tiki bar are for all guest to use.
