Play provided yard games or feed the resident ducks. Close to Charlotte speedway, Morrow mountain, wineries, breweries, gold mines & Antique shops. Less than 2 Hours to the Blue Ridge & Mayberry (Mt Airy) This is a no smoking/vaping property. No swimming or float tubes allowed in the lake. The space Regular and decaf Starbucks house blend coffee is provided for every stay. There is a list of activities in the area and directions inside this manufactured home. You can take your own Murder, Mystery and Mayhem Driving tour of Stanly County or just read about it, the directions and information is in the property. There is a roku television in every bedroom as well as the livingroom. Internet is available as well as streaming tv. There is no swimming or Float tubes or waders allowed in the lake. No gas motors are allowed in the lake. Any person using the lake does so at their own risk and agree to hold the host harmless from any claims including bodily injury or death. Outside cameras in the front and the back of the property for your safety. This is a no smoking/vaping/e-cigarette property. As a convenience we do allow smoking/vaping in the firepit area ONLY or off the property . If you think you would be tempted to smoke/vape somewhere else in the yard, then please do not book this property. Violators will be asked to leave immediately. To check in early is free but may not be available due to prior guests and the cleaning schedule, so please ask about early check in before your stay, usually it is no problem. If you need late check out please let us know prior to your arrival to see if it's available. there is a 10.00 an hour late check out fee. Guest access The day before your arrival you will be given your code for the front door. Enter the 4 number code and push the top button. If you need to check in early, please contact the day before to see if it's available for early check in. Other things to note There is a pack and play crib with a mattress and sheets. Do not park on the grass. Three cars max in the drive. Please do not take the white bath towels or furniture outside. There are beach towels in the chest in the hall way for ouside. The blinds can be opened or closed, do not close the drapes they are for decoration only. Put back EVERYTHING back where you found it when you came. This is a no smoking/vaping/e-cigarette property. For your convenience you can smoke in the firepit area ONLY or off the property. No smoking in the house or anywhere else in the front or back yards. Violators will be asked to leave immediately. No Large parties or events unless authorized ahead of time. Quiet time is after midnight.
