Airport Access… - You’ll be tucked away from the ‘hustle and bustle’ but well connected to Central London and within walking distance of Cockfosters Station which brings you to Heathrow Airport! Communal Meals - You will have access to the fully equipped kitchen in the spacious dining area to prepare lovely, wholesome breakfasts or mouth watering communal meals for your friends and family. TV/Internet - If you fancy some TV, you can unwind with the latest shows and movies on the TV, which has a Chromecast to connect any app to the TV, along with high-speed Wi-Fi that’ll keep you connected throughout your stay Your Parea Living North London retreat is just a few clicks away Guest access You’ll receive access via a lock box at the property. House Rules & Policies: - Strictly NO parties allowed - Cancellation: Bookings are refundable up to 14 days before arrival. - Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age. - Smoking - Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Parea Living homes. - We do not permit the use of Air Fryers or Portable Heaters - If you have unauthorised guests staying in the property you will be charged. - Towels - Bath + Hand towels are provided x1 per person along with a complimentary Shower Gel + Shampoo in each bathroom. - Extra linen / towels are available for a small fee upon request. - We offer only Netflix and apps, not cable TV :)
