Come and stay in this great place with lots of room for fun. Close to groceries, St. Johns park 1 block away, bus stop outside the main gate, Retail stores, Downtown 10 mins away. Red River down the road. You will get all necessary amenities in the house including cooking utensils and oven, heating, additional Fan, dishwasher, lots of storage space, separate dining and living area. Room is bright with sunlight and we are extremely accommodative of most requests from guests. Welcome to our place! The space It's on the 2nd floor, some stairs to climb. Quiet neighborhood, no safety issues. Very calm and Quiet apartment building. A lot of Sunlight flows inside the room and living area is huge. Bus Stop to down town is outside the Main door. Guest access You can use all the common space, cabinet area for storage, Refrigerator and freezer for storing food, shoe cabinet and entrance space for hanging jackets. u will get a FOB key for the main entrance and a separate key for the Apartment door. During your stay You can call me on my phone or message me. Other things to note No pork inside the house please. Smoking is allowed outside the apartment building.
