Explore 1+ miles of private hiking trails. Stargaze from decks, relax around the fire pit & soak in the sunsets. Swim, Fish, Kayak Indian creek that cuts through the property and is accessible from the on-site hiking trails. Come enjoy a property unlike any other in the area. *A shared port-o-john is available for guests. There is also an outdoor shower with propane water heater by the property entrance. Guests need to use the key in the dome to unlock the water tap to take a shower. Please bring towels and soap. We will be continuing to improve these facilities. The Beach at Laurel Hill State Park is only a 22-minute drive away. 15 min to Ohiopyle State Park, 13 minutes from Fallingwater, 10 minutes from Laurel Ridge State Park, 35 minutes from Linn Run State Park, 25 minutes from Laurel Hill state Park, and minutes from world class Trout Fishing. The property is centrally located for all your outdoor activity needs. Hiking, Biking, Fishing, and Whitewater activities are all available less than 15 minutes away from the property. The Domes Our domes aim to provide guests with an unforgettable escape into nature. Experience the intimacy of camping without the hassle of packing supplies, setting up tents, and sleeping on uncomfortable mattresses. All of our domes include the following: Spacious Private Deck 2 Queen Beds w/Memory Foam Mattresses Wood Burning stove to keep you warm on colder nights Lighting - Indoor and Outdoor lights powered by solar panels USB Ports for charging devices. Gas Hotplate for coffee (please use outdoors) French Press Coffee Maker Private Fire Pit w/grill grate and griddle Dining Table with utensils Lantern One Bundle of Firewood(Additional can be purchased on site or brought with guests) *A shared port-o-john is available for guests. We will be continuing to improve these facilities. GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the rules below. Use of Property Grounds: You understand that hiking and using the streams and creeks on the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from those activities and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers (slips, trips, falls, animals, insects, drowning, etc.) associated with the use of the property. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking, and use of the streams and creeks on the property. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host. Pets: If you do not pay the pet fee and it is discovered pets stayed at the property a fee of $10 more than the published Pet fee will be collected. This goes to our cleaners, Hair and Pet mess cost us more because of the length of time it takes to prepare the dome for the next guests. Campfires: Campfires must remain inside your fire ring, flames within reason above fire ring (NOT higher then 3 ft.). Do not move the fire ring. Campers who move the fire ring will be immediately required to leave the property. Noise: Please be considerate of other guests staying at the property as well as our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9:00pm until 9:00am. When returning to your Site, please be safe and considerate of your neighbors. Children: The property is unsupervised. Children under the age of sixteen (16) must be always supervised by a responsible adult and must be on the site they belong to every night by dusk. Children under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of eighteen (18) anytime they are near the creek. Firearms/Hunting: Firearms are strictly always prohibited on the property. Hunting is strictly prohibited on the property. Fireworks: Always prohibited on the property ATVs and Other Recreational Vehicles(Dirtbikes, SXS, etc.) : Always prohibited on the property Guest access Access to the Property is directly off of Kooser Rd. The gravel entrance is marked with a Green '711' street sign. There is a gravel road down a relatively steep hill to a shared gravel parking location. Guests have full access to their dome, private deck, private outdoor fire pit and 60 acres of hiking trails with creek access for fishing, swimming, and relaxing. There is a shared portable toilet on site.
