Independent studio type tiny house of 16 m2. I use it as a sophrology office. You'll find personal development books and soothing decor. Located in a quiet subdivision... 5 minutes from Caen-Carpiquet Airport and Bretteville-Norrey train station. Possibility to pick you up or take bus line 133. We will be delighted to welcome you. The space Bed linen is included as well as bath towels. If there are any special requests, please let us know... The tiny house is designed for two people, unfortunately when the sofa is in bed mode there is no room for a classic umbrella bed or even a mattress on the floor 😬 Guest access You can park in the square near the low wall, in front of the gate, right next to the tiny house (just leave us room to be able to enter and exit our accommodation😉) or if you prefer on the street on the tiny house side. Please avoid parking in front of our neighbors' house to avoid disturbing them 🙏 For now you don't have access to the garden, we need to secure the exit through the front bay window... Other things to note There is no cleaning fee, I'll leave it to you to do it before you leave and take out the garbage 😉 Please also review the house rules (Tiny Non-smoking and no pets allowed😬)
