Bring your whole family here for a great vacation And many more… The space The house features 3 bedrooms with 4 Queen memory-foam mattresses, 2 pullout chairs that can make 2 twin beds. This setup is great for a group of 8-9 who are friends and family with several kids. Please let us know if you need extra bed linens in advance (at least 24 hours before arrival) if you wish to use the pullout chairs. Our cleaners only stock the house and dress the 4 Queen beds as the standard setup. Extra linens will cost $50 per delivery. We also have 4 large HD TVs and a fully equipped kitchen. Come lay down and rest here after a long drive before heading on to the next adventures. ================== If you come here expecting a 5-star full service hotel, you might be disappointed but if you want a clean stay with cozy beds, fresh sheets, and nice comforts, you will have an amazing stay. Our guests love our beds and “complain” to us that they spend all day sleeping comfortably and do not have time for sightseeing. You have the entire LOTR Home for yourself and a fully fenced in patio. Perfect for the whole family or friends to spend the nights here watching movies together. Please be respectful to the neighbors. Please keep volume down and do not make loud noise after 10pm. No party is allowed to respect all the neighborhood. The yard is fully gated and your house is code-accessed, ensuring your privacy and safety. Other things to note Same day bookings can be made, but immediate check-in is not available. Please do not just show up. You must get in touch with the host prior to arrival. If you book same day, the house may not be cleaned and the sheets/towels may not be ready until later in the day.
