A comfortable living room with electric dual recliner couch and rocker allow comfort to view the outdoors or watch TV. Home has Wi-fi, two bathrooms, outdoor seating area. Washer and dryer are available. The space Duplex unit #2. Owner's mother lives in unit #1. Quiet home at end of long gravel driveway. Property is surrounded by a tree farm. Beautiful views and wildlife. Home has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Living room with TV and Wi-Fi. Two bedrooms. One King size bed. Two twin beds. Two bathrooms - one with tub, both with showers. Laundry room - washer and dryer for your use. Outside gas grill for your use. Outdoor eating area and sitting area for bird watching or to enjoy pretty scenery. Fresh herbs in pots for you to enjoy. Home is supplied with linens, towels and some cooking supplies - spices and oils. Great place for a quiet rest while visiting area. Greeneville has a lot to offer and is within driving distance of Asheville, NC, Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, Knoxville, Bristol, Abingdon, VA, Creeper Trail, etc. Guest access Entire duplex - unit #2. Other things to note Check-in is at 4 pm. Please let us know if you would like an earlier check-in. We will try to work with you unless a guest is checking out the same day. We do a thorough cleaning and need time to make sure the place is spotless! Password to Wi-Fi and TV (movies, etc.) provided in check-in instructions. This is a non-smoking home. No pets. We love our pets but so many guests have pet allergies. If you need to board your dog(s), we can provide local kennel information for you.
