This is the perfect spot for two couples or a small family. Within walking distance to the lake with its own private community pier, and proximity to all local attractions. The space The condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Primary bedroom has a queen sized bed with sliding door access to the back porch, and an en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a king sized bed with en-suite bathroom, that also has access via the main living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove top, large microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster and coffee maker. Large round table in the living area perfect for gathering for meals or a game night. Speaking of games, I have provided several of my family’s favorites. There are also a few books available to read if that’s something you enjoy. If not a reader, there is a 4K 55” smart TV for you to stream on. If during your stay you need to work remotely, there is a desk available to comfortably do so. Smart nest thermostat installed next to the primary bedroom to keep the condo at your preferred temperature. Linens and bath towels are provided, please be aware that beach towels are not. *Please note this is a second floor condo, so there are stairs to climb to access. Guest access Entire condo available for your use, as well as small porch attached out back. The private community pier is a short walk away, also available for your use. Other things to note This property is in a gated community, you will be provided a code to the gate prior to check-in. Please no smoking inside the condo and no pets. Violations may lead to additional charges or eviction without refund. This condo is my second home and my pride and joy! I have loved the lake my whole life and I initially created this space as my own comfortable getaway. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I have.
