Book your stay with us today. The space Enjoy your holiday in this bright and cozy two-story apartment with access to a on site pool and a small gym at Rotundan. (There is also a sauna which can be booked through your host). You enter the apartment on the 2nd floor into an open-plan space. We have prepared a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a comfortable couch, lot’s of candles, a smart TV/ high speed Internet, and a WC/shower that is also equipped with a washer and a dryer. On the first floor, you'll also find access to the balcony, equipped with two chairs and a small table for enjoying your morning coffee (or why not go to the close by pier at Pärlan). The bedroom is one floor up and offers a view of the beautiful pine trees. It can get quite warm in the summer so we have added a mobile AC for your convenience. For the winter we have blankets, candles and comfortable chair to enjoy the view or just read a good book. You will also find a new comfortable 160 cm Swedish Ekens bed, a small work area for those who need to work a bit, and we have also added an extender for good WiFi upstairs. You'll find darkening curtains to temper those bright summer nights and keep the heat out during the hottest summer days. If you prefer bright, early mornings, you can use the plissé curtains instead. From here, you can access the large terrace with an amazing view of the pine trees. Here, you can enjoy meals, have a “Swedish fika,” watch the sunset, or just relax in the two sun chairs. Even during winter you can enjoy the sunny days. The house is just north of Strandvägen which is the main coastal road from Trelleborg to Ystad. Convenient on one hand and on the other it can have quite some traffic in the summer time. On the ground floor, before entering the apartment, you have access to a storage area with 2 “brassestolar” (beach chairs) and space to store your luggage or golf clubs. Guest access We provide for you: IN the SUMMER: - 2 beach towels - 2 shower towels - 2 hand towels - 1 dish towel - Bed linen IN the WINTER: - 2 shower towels - 2 hand towels - 1 dish towel - Bed linen You have full access to the entire apartment, including the downstairs storage room. The only exception is the storage area located under the stairs. You also have access to Rotundan and the outdoor pool and a small gym. To book the sauna you have to contact me as the host due to the booking system. Other things to note -Outdoor Pool and a small gym - Parking is available - Public transportation (bus) is close by. - Bike paths lead both to Trelleborg and to Ystad. - Shop Ica nära is 400m away, and there are dining options within 100m. Check out my guidebok for more details. - The golf course, offering a beautiful 18-hole experience, is just 300m away. It's advisable to book at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. - The apartment is fresh and newly built in 2023. - If you arrive by flight, Copenhagen Airport is recommended for the Öresundsregionen. From there, it's convenient to take a train to Malmö. From Malmö, you can either rent a car at the central station or take the train to Trelleborg and then catch a bus with Skånetrafiken to Beddingestrand. The Skånetrafiken app is user-friendly and can be used for both train and bus schedules.
