The Oasis Apartment This apartment is ideal for any type of traveler, whether you're traveling for vacation or for work. It is particularly suitable for families and large groups, offering ample space and all the amenities needed for a relaxing and carefree stay. Located on the first floor of a villa with a garden, it offers the possibility of having one's own privacy. Its strategic location allows you to easily visit Milan, Monza, Bergamo, and Lake Como. The space 🏡 Spacious & Cozy | Perfect for Families and Groups 🍽️ Kitchen and Living Room The cozy and bright kitchen is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine with pods, dishes, pots, and much more. The living room has a single sofa bed that can be made up before your arrival upon request. In the living room, you will find playing cards for adults and children, markers, pencils, and colored paper. The kitchen and living room are part of the same large room. 🛁 2 Bathrooms Both bathrooms have comfortable, spacious showers, one of which is a walk-in shower. Complete sanitary ware, mirror, hairdryer, hand soap, and shower gel. 🛏️ Bedrooms 1 It has a double bed; optionally, upon your request, we can separate it into two single beds. You can hang clothes on the wall, place suitcases on the floor, and there is a small cabinet to store your personal belongings, which also contains an extra blanket. 🛏️ Bedrooms 2 It has a double bed, a large closet to store your belongings (which also contains an extra blanket), a suitcase rack, wall-mounted clothes hangers, and a three-seater sofa for a complete relaxation area. 🛏️ Bedrooms 3 This bedroom is the largest in the apartment and contains three single beds. It has three wall-mounted coat racks, three suitcase racks, and a small cabinet to store your belongings, which also contains an extra blanket. For each guest, we provide bed sheets and a set of towels (3 pieces) that have been sanitized and washed by a professional laundry service. 🩺🩹Corridor At the entrance to the apartment, on the right, you will find a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. If they are used, we kindly ask you to notify us so that we can replace or add the missing pieces. Balcony and Garden🍀🌼🌳 Enjoy the balcony for an al fresco dinner or lunch amidst the birdsong and the coolness of the trees. There are also deckchairs on the balcony; feel free to use them to relax in the garden. 🚗🚚Parking Free parking on the property, up to two parking spaces, a few meters from the front door of the apartment. Parking is available outside, and it is not covered. Free parking spaces are also available in the condominium parking lot located in front of the villa. Guest access The apartment and its front door are for the exclusive use of guests, ensuring privacy and maximum comfort throughout their stay. The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-story villa; my family and I live on the first and second floors. We will only share the entrance gate to the garden, which we will also enter with our cars. You will have the front and left side of the garden for your exclusive use, while the back and right side of the garden will be for my family's and my exclusive use. PLEASE NOTE: My family will use the right side as a passageway for our cars. I kindly ask you to park your cars on the left, thereby leaving the necessary space for our cars to pass on the right.🙂👌 Don't worry, there will be plenty of space for everyone. Other things to note Identity card: To comply with legal obligations, a valid ID (identity card or passport) will be required at check-in for each guest. If this is not done, check-in will not be possible. Rules on the apartment: 🚭 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
