City Retreat w/ Hot Tub near Uptown! Fenced Yard

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The space Perfect for a peaceful and comfortable stay! A light and airy, open space concept. Single story home with a beautiful fenced in back yard: to include a bonfire pit with firewood stacked, cedar swinging bench, a spacious deck with hot tub, and outdoor dining. Your room is cozy, complete w/ fresh linens and toiletries included. Welcome to full kitchen and laundry- coffee/green tea are available to enjoy. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi and a relaxing atmosphere. Please let me know if you're in need of anything else! I'm happy to accommodate! Guests must be dog friendly. I have a slap happy Great Dane-Zen. He is well behaved, but is excited upon meeting. He will be in shared spaces. He will never be in the guest bedroom nor guest bathroom. Guest access Welcome home! Please hold your hand on the black box door key panel. When you see the screen show numbers, please press the last four of your phone number and the check mark to unlock the door. When you leave, please hold your hand over the door and be sure to hear it lock before walking away. Welcome to use all spaces but no permission to access garage, attic, and/or other bedrooms. During your stay I work Monday-Friday; remote work and will be at home until 5pm. I’ll be working full time but please let me know if something is urgent. Weekends at home may vary but I’m available by phone should a guest need anything. Other things to note Please be mindful of quiet hours 10pm-7am Enjoy shared spaces but also clean up after yourself. Welcome to use essential oil diffusers but no candles in home. No entry into other bedrooms nor garage nor attic allowed by guests. You are welcome in shared spaces and your room-please enjoy the back patio and hot-tub as you wish! Any pet that I agree to welcome with guests, MUST please be house broken and very well socialized with dogs-specifically large dogs. My pup is a very sweet and loving boy but large! He enjoys the company of other animals. No barking or peeing allowed in my home. :) Extra towels and wash cloths in the towel closet in hall, let me know if you need anything else! Please gather linens and towels used and throw into the hamper in the bedroom upon checking out. Please be mindful of my silverware. Don’t throw these away. Unsure how so much silverware goes missing.. Please let me know if you’d like the thermostat changed any. No smoking inside. I don’t mind what you smoke but smoking inside is NOT an option. You may enjoy smoking on the lovely patio outside. :) Please communicate anything you’re unsure of or dissatisfied with as I am very understanding & flexible to assure comfort of my guests!
