Approximately an hour from the Knoxville airport, the Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. The space The living room hosts a large TV and 2 reclining couches for relaxing. The dining room can easily seat 6+ people and the kitchen has plenty of essentials for cooking. The master bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom, walk-in closet and TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and large closet, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and closet. There is a back porch/sunroom surrounded by windows where you can have your morning coffee, read a book, entertain and play games, or just relax. Families can enjoy the private back yard with outdoor games. The front porch has a small sitting area where you can do some bird watching. There is also an inside laundry room with a full sized washer & dryer for your convenience. Guest access This is a private home and all spaces can be occupied in the house. The garage is attached although does not have entry into the house. Please send a request for access to the garage for boat or motorcycle parking. Other things to note This is a SMOKE FREE home. Sorry, NO PETS.
