Canada Cottage/Sauna Cold Plunge Firepit Fishing

Welcome to Canada Cottage on Lake Lanier, a quiet respite for a small group or family to enjoy lake activities, time with each other and making memories! Located in a quiet cove on South Lake Lanier, you'll find everything you need with low boat traffic, deep water and peaceful sunrises. Enjoy the sauna, paddle boards, games, the views, nature and the fire pit. Don’t forget to grab a coffee and watch the sunset!! It’s truly a peaceful experience from the dock!! The space The cottage is a little over 800 square feet, recently updated across every room with new appliances, fresh paint and new flooring. There are no parties permitted. The Canadian Cottage only holds up to 4 guests and we do not have air mattresses. We’ve poured our hearts in the cottage to make it feel cozy with all you need, and also encourage guests to go ‘jump in the lake!’ Our driveway only accommodates three vehicles, and our dock does have a weight limit. This is a beautiful place to relax with a small group. The quiet coves are great for swimming or calm paddle boarding for hours with low boat traffic. Soak up the sun on the top dock, swing in the hanging chairs or hammock and feel the calm breeze from the lake. It’s a wonderful place to relax!! This is the closest point of South Lake Lanier to Atlanta. We have a strict NO SMOKING NO VAPING policy and we ask to keep our little slice of heaven as such! Guest access You have access to the whole cottage including the two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, all decks and dock including the washer and dryer located in the attached porch :) Other things to note Lake Lanier has much wildlife right outside your door!(Eg Deer, Ducks, Birds, squirrels!) and will often be seen right on the property in the morning and evenings. Please do not feed them. As tempting as it is to throw bread to the ducks, it is really not good for them! And plus those Canada Geese aren’t that friendly, despite the Canadian association! We also have insects since you’re in nature and outdoors, but we do have exterminators that come in and spray around our property to try to keep them at bay. Mother Nature is beyond our control, but we do try our best :)
