Cosy, hidden cottage near the Peaks

Welcome to Little Robin Cottage! Nestled in a peaceful village only a stones’ throw away from the Peak District, yet still within 25 minutes of Manchester city centre. The train station is a 3 minute walk. Hidden away from the main road, the little cottage is modern yet traditional, quirky yet comfortable. Enjoy the beautiful garden with breakfast on the patio, listening to the birds singing in the background! Perfect for a romantic escape, a hiking trip, work, or a night out in Manchester! The space Access to a new, modern kitchen with food and drink, living room with log burner, smart TV and two sofas (airbed available too). Upstairs you have a bathroom with a bath and a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed. Please note, this is my home for some of the year, so there will be personal items around but I’ll remove as many as I can. Feel free to use anything you do see, e.g. food/drink/condiments/toiletries and make yourself at home! Guest access Full house except second bedroom, which is not available during short stays. Parking may be available close to the property but unfortunately due to recent issues you may have to utilise street parking. Other things to note The garden is secure with a 4ft+ fence. If you’re bringing a pup please check the garden pictures to see whether it’s suitable - it’s generally fine for most dogs but if yours is particularly good at escaping then do double check. If you need more pictures let me know! Parking: the space is around the side of the house, I have an agreement with the owner of the space and generally have exclusive use, however on rare occasions it may not be available. I’ll let you know as soon as I can if this is the case.
